Returns & Exchange


1. We do not have a refund policy. Exchange requests are handled on a case by case basis.

2. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please write an email to us within 3 days of receipt, so we can assist you accordingly.

3. Any exchange requests made after 3 days of receipt, will not be entertained.

4. Any items to be exchanged must be sent back to us with the original packaging and tags attached.

5. We do not offer a free return service. Therefore, customers requesting exchange of items need to bear the full postage charges for all return/exchange items and processing fees of $10.
